I paid for a ocean view, balcony, and I got a eyelevel view of a roof top with several vents, including a bathroom vent, as my view. The smell was awful, the window seals were broken, and of course the mini split a/c unit was pulling in all the bad air. When i called to complain their answer was a refund could not be given because I was staying the night. Late in the afternoon where was i going to get another room? Unacceptable.

Great amenities, wahoo beach bar was amazing to order from the beach and pool. The entrance to the beach with free chairs was great. They do provide umbrellas but must get there early. There is a gym but very small.

Beautiful clean hotel for a beach get away. Comes with two chairs a nice umbrella to enjoy your beach day. Nice pool. And amazing food at the restaurant. Very pet friendly too if you want to bring your dog for a few though I think.

Got wrong room Booked king with balcony and received no balcony. Switched rooms with 2 queen beds. Food and drinks were ridiculously expensive. 2 beers and 2 mixed drinks with crab cake and burger was 120$. No maid service came to room was told that because we switched rooms the staff wasn’t notified to clean. Very limited menu

The Hotel was nice and clean. The beach access is a great bonus. We were told by restaurant staff that there was no room service when the website clearly stated there was. Website also scheduled nightly live music entertainment but never heard anything.

The staff was great. The food and drinks were on point. The quests were inconsiderate smoking weed in their rooms. The smell was awful and lingered into elevators. Not to crazy about pretty friendly, the person next to us had a dog that barked allot. One dog was snarling at me when I got the elevator. Luckily no kids around. Nice place and potential good vibes. The Tideroom and Taproom were beautiful.

Great beach front hotel
The staff was so nice. They offered free chairs and umbrellas for the beach, get there early, at 10am there were no umbrellas. The food at the beach bar was so good and they had food and drinks served at the beach. The balcony was very small, only room for one chair

Food was great, rooms spacious, awesome staff. The one thing that was really really a deal-breaker was accessibility if you have any sort of minor mobility issue and lack of conveniently located restrooms in public areas. The pool is around the side of the building and to access it you have to walk up stairs from the parking lot area. The handicapped lift at the corner of the pool was closed off by maintenance and a wall torn apart and left without telling management about it. There are no restrooms near the pool. There is an exercise facility at the front of the building but there is no restroom in the exercise facility or off the main lobby. You have to go up two fights of stairs to the “T” Terrace level to use a restroom in the middle of a long hall. The poolside bar and restaurant, The Wahoo,” is only accessible by steep stairs from the Terrace level, or from the pool, which again is accessible by stairs. I made it down the stairs to meet family for lunch, and almost fell because the handrails on the stairs are black and were so hot from the sunlight it was impossible to hold onto them for more than a few seconds. The rooms had nice new walk-in showers, but no grab bar on the wall. The floor of the shower was very slippery, but thankfully the corner shelf was securely attached and I was able to hold it to get in and out. I walk with a cane, and there were other guests who were staying there who used canes or walkers, as well as at least one man in an electric scooter.
