“Less than 1 star feel unsafe as hell

Balcony door doesn’t lock and shared with 6 people. Cant provide a room with or without a balcony needing protection for family at this point and still can’t provide. Asked for an other room without balcony without king bed is fine still saying too full. Asked to sleep at a sister location. No manager on staff to handle this type of situation. Would recommend again if looking for a safe place to stay.

Super cute town and the hotel is right in the middle of it. So easy, convenient and fun. Park right at the hotel and then walk around this cute town a pick out one of the several nice restaurants or check out the historic candy store or sit in the gardened town square. 15 minute drive to the Springs. Highly recommend. Our room was quiet and comfortable

We had a man knock at our room.door at 12:35 am and then again at 4:30 am. We called front desk and noone answered. The next morning we went to file complaint and the front desk clerk said the area has a lot of homeless people and drugs. She sdvised that she had gone to the restroom and was terrified because a homeless was in the hotel restroom and the homeless person was high on something. How can a hotel representing Hilton not have security 24/7? We also had an issue with a private parking company this Hotel uses. Thankfully after many emails the parking issue was resolved.

The hotel is in a nice area and really well maintained but It's a little inconvenient to check in. There is no parking by the entrance. The lobby isn't in the main entrance. You have to temporarily park at the check-in drop off, go through a breezeway, to then take the elevator to the second floor to check in. You then have to go across the street to park at a garage deck for$10/day. Then walk all the way across the street with your luggage back to the hotel.

Is advertised as near Equestrian centre which is why we booked but us 20 min taxi drive away so not very convenient. Creaky bed springs and noisy guests in hallways at 2am
