The hotel makes it abundantly clear that if you book through a third party there is nothing that they can or will do for you. They will just keep referring you to the "third" party. If something is wrong they will just blame the third party and not offer to help you in anyway.

Adequate and clean stay for one night

All staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the text message to welcome us. The room was clean and large, however, the bathroom needs updating as well as doors and carpets. Breakfast was adequate to get us going in the morning but eggs were very dry with no taste. Very limited selection for anyone with allergies. I would only want to stay at this hotel for a one night stay.

We travel amount five or six times a year all over the country and this is probably one of the top three hotels we have stayed in. The staff was amazingly professional and courteous as well as genuinely concerned about our stay. The breakfast was a true breakfast and the lady who maintained all the food was top notch. Everything in the room looks brand new as well as a huge spacious lobby a well lit parking lot and a giant TV. They would highly recommend you stay here over any other hotel on the area. It's approximately an hour and a half from the cruise ship port which was perfect for us and a nice simple Drive in the morning. It will definitely be back for a future Cru

Good stay

Friendly staff. Clean room. Carpet needs a deep cleaning, they are old and smelly. Breakfast decent and in time. The lady in charge of breakfast was very nice and helpful. I would come back.
