Lack Luster Breakfast and Rooms lacking Amenities

No microwave in room, no closet for clothes, breakfast is frozen sandwiches that are microwaved. I was here for work not impressed with the room at all. The tv has no guide so you have no idea what channel you are on. Next time I will be staying somewhere else.

They stated that the incidental hold would be lifted when you check out which is a lie My bank said they by law cant hold it that the hotel keeps readding it and on the bankers side it still shows a daily hold..

Best hotel I have ever stayed in. Super clean, quiet an accommodating. The gym had very impressive equipment as well. The breakfast bar was basic but satisfactory. Coffee and tea available 24/7. I will definitely book with them in the future!

Disappointing Stay—Not as Advertised Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect the positive reviews we saw online. The room was much smaller than expected, making it a tight fit for four people. We were also shocked to find ants coming out of the sink. Our sleep was interrupted by bug bites that left itchy, swollen bruises. The most alarming moment came when the receptionist unlocked and entered our room at midnight. Although they apologized later, it was an extremely unsettling experience. Noise was another issue; all night, we heard screaming and arguments from people outside or in nearby rooms, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. The breakfast was very underwhelming, offering only prepackaged egg-and-cheese sandwiches, small cereal packets, and limited fruit. On a positive note, the morning receptionist was understanding and helped us cancel our second night.
