Mid-range hotel, great value
The location is central to a great set ot cultural and culinary sites. The staff is friendly and very competent. The breakfast that's included is tasty, enjoyed in a spacious and attractive courtyard that they open to the sun. The area is very busy while quite safe. I'd add attractive photos but the hotels dot com spp isn't responding.

Lovely hotel with rooms around two internal courtyards and so quiet even though it is just one block from the busy main square and so convenient for almost everything. Excellent breakfast, although note that they only start serving at 8 a.m., which may be too late for some excursions.

This hotel is all about location. You’re a block away from 20 de noviembre Mercado, two block away from the centro and a block away from an OXXO. I highly recommend it for convenience and clean rooms.

Booked a 5 night stay here in a king room. Very spacious and clean. Staff were more than accommodating and super friendly. Most spoke English fluently which definitely helped. Breakfast in the morning provided you with 3 options each day which we certainly appreciated together with the bottles of water and the packets of tissues! Lots of amenities nearby - forex, pharmacies, markets of course. Location can’t be better. We were a bit leery about staying right in the heart of the zocalo but none of our hesitations were justified. Streets were well lit at night, and we felt very safe. It’s great to see lots of families, young kids, the elderly and couples alike -all enjoying the same space. A very festive and happy atmosphere. Lots of touts in the zocalo but a friendly ‘no gracias’ is sufficient. No aggressions. All in all a terrific stay!

Beautiful property with a helpful staff. It was super walkable and the area around, including the lively near by square was such a joy! I would stay here again and again. The free breakfast is a different menu every day and it was good all 3 days we had it.

The hotel was quaint and full of colorful flowers for Dia de los Muertos. It is on a busy street and we were able to walk to the center of downtown. The staff was helpful. The morning breakfast was delicious. And our room was far enough from the busy street where we did not hear any street noise. We would stay there again.

This friendly hotel is right in the middle of it all! Walk out the door and you are across the street from Mercado Benito Juarez, 5-10 minute walk from the Zocalo. Breakfast is included and it's delicious. There is an in-house travel desk where friendly Carmen can arrange tours, rental cars, cooking classes and private taxis. Our room was very spacious. Even though it is right in the heart of Oaxaca Centro it is quiet and peaceful.

I loved my stay here and would stay again if I was in the area. The location is amazing and safe. It was very central to many restaurants and tourist sites. I had an inside facing room which was great to reduce the street noise, which is a given due to the location. I went during dia de los muertos celebrations and although very convenient to stop for a break I could hear music into the early morning. This didn’t bother me but it might for light sleepers. The breakfast is also delicious and the room was very clean.
