Overall stay was great, main issue was when we arrived there was no one at the front. I believe the guest service worker name was Mya, she was the only one working so she was all over the place doing everything. She was great, very apologetic and attentive! Another issue was our beds weren’t made. We had no sheets, blankets or pillow cases. It was just the plain mattress cover. Mya got us everything fresh as she was doing laundry. I also didn’t like that there was a second hold put on my card at 3am for almost $100. The attendant that night said it was because of the night audit but I would get it back. Never heard of that or had a hotel do that because that’s what the initial $100 hold on card at check in is supposed to cover. And I seen reviews about people not getting money back from the “holds” placed on their cards at this location. Hopefully that does not happen to me as I’ve already been in touch with credit card company as soon as I seen the charge so they’ve made notes. Other than that we enjoyed our stay !
