Great hotel in a central location

We had a great stay in this hotel! The room was very clean and we had a nice view. It was quiet and all staff were very friendly. Would absolutely stay again.

Almost perfect

all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The first one that I had had a malfunctioning toilet so I had to move. I have booked a room with the city view and the room I received faced another wall. The heater was noisy. So was the refrigerator. because it was a sweet, at night, I could not hear the refrigerator but I did hear the heater. The location is very convenient to take BART to San Francisco. ALTHOUGH I HAVE SOME CRITICISMS, I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was great, room clean, and breakfast good! We loved the rooftop bar and live music. The bed was a bit too soft for our taste, but that is the only thing we would have changed. Great stay.
