The room was beyond noisy. You couls hear passing conversation as if they were in the room and there was a steel plate that would slam loudly in the walkway every time a person walked over it. When someone closed a door it sounded like it was your door.

My husbands car got messed up from the hotel and the manger took almost a month to call us back the parking lot like most have cement blocks in the stalls and one of them had a huge nail sticking out that got stuck in my husbands bumper of his car and ripped it off

Horrible experience.
Rude service when checking in. Lobby for the tower elevator had a weed smell the entire weekend. Room was gross, I mean trow up from previous people in corner. Horrible service at restaurant/bar, sticky table, was told she didn't have time to make me a drink on the bar menu, to come back later and something floating on my beer. To top it off, fire alarm went off at 1am and was told it was nothing.

Very nice hotel conveniently located near the airport and coliseum. Definitely a rough area. Staff is friendly and attentive. Facility is very clean. Overall stay was very good with the only exception being the false fire alarms Saturday night. It made it difficult to sleep that night.

Does not live up to the quality standards of a typical "Raddison Hotel ". And who closes thier bar at 8:45 p:m on a Saturday night? Fire alarm went off 3 times in the middle of night. In 10-15 minutes spans. This place is a Fraud!

Bad neighborhood. Homeless people are all over the place. I was awakened at 5 am by a guy loudly speaking on his phone right outside the room. (As you likely have already inferred, the rooms are entered from the outdoors). Not a Raddison-caliber property. The staff was top notch, though.

I understand that when marketing a business, the goal is to make it look good, but GOOD LORD. I’ve never been catfished so bad and I’ve been on some pretty rough blind dates. When I checked in, the staff was nice and went smooth as any other check-in. I drove around to my room as it was facing the parking lot, I couldn’t help but notice how decrepit the lot looked. Akin to the style of the Walking Dead. I could be over exaggerating but still… Pretty rough. I found my room quickly and was able to park right in front of my door. As soon as I walked in the room, I noticed my main light switch wasn’t working. No big deal, I thought. Other lights were working fine. But as soon as I turned all of them on… Well, let’s say it was pretty much given the worst “landlord special” I have ever seen. Cracking paint everywhere, hanging electronics, open drains without covers (I was almost in a constant state of anxiety that I might drop something in the sink). I sighed… One night, I thought. It’s just one night. After getting situated, I took off for a bit to meet up with family for dinner. I was out maybe 3 hours MAX. I came back to my room REEKING of cigarettes. I was worried someone had broken into my room, but all my stuff was left untouched. My room had one of those connecting doors to another room, the smell was strongly emanating from the cracks of the door. I called the front desk and they were quick to move me to another room which, honestly, was exactly the same as the last.

I booked this room for an employee and he tried to check in the staff said their system was down so they weren’t able to provide a room. He had a copy of the paper reservation and electronic reservation in hand to show the staff and they still couldn’t check him in. This is beyond ridiculous.
