Proximity to airport ok. Property would be more of a 2 star rather than 3. Property has deferred maintenance, no executive facilities as advertised, does not even offer coffee in the morning or have a coffee maker in the room, small things like no tissues in the room, air conditioner not functioning, ceiling had preciously had leaks (maybe fixed but not sure as it did not rain or leak the night I was there) and carpet was worn/walls definitely needed a coat of paint - especially in the lobby. Overall, it was serviceable but I would not have booked a 1 or 2 star hotel.

The entire hotel looks dirty, starting with the sign that is mostly covered by trees. Like, the building needs a serious powerwash. The businesses on either side of the hotel are closed, and all the trash and tall grass is not helping the aesthetics. I arrived at night - I did not see all of this until morning. The website mentions amenities that have not been in place since the pandemic. I chose this location because it says it has a 24-hour shuttle to and from the hotel and airport; It mentions a Bistro which looks as if it's been closed since 2020; The vending machines buttons were not working; The signs mention an ATM that doesn't exist. I booked a Double Queen and received a single King without notice. Every time I left and came back, I had to have my key card re-keyed all over again. This was happening to just about every single guest. The cover and pillows looked clean but I slept on top. It just looks run down.

Hotel general areas were not maintained. Pool area was overgrown with weeds and trash in the pool. The room was now well maintained with holes through the room dry wall and the drop down ceiling has water leak marks all over. No AC in the room.

This hotel should be condemned. It should not be an option on Expedia. The pictures are very old, maybe from when the hotel was first built. It looks nothing, absolutely nothing like the pictures. I'm convinced that sny positive reviews on here are FAKE. It is very dirty and smells bad. The walls are filthy. My family slept there one night completely clothed, because are delayed flight got in so late, checked out the next moring and requested a refund. The front desk receptionist was very nice. That was the only thing nice about the hotel.

The pictures of the hotel show clean rooms, which is truthful however there was algae growing on the swimming pool and the place was littered with trash. Additionally, the floors were disgusting and bandaids were placed over the peepholes of the doors. It didn't feel safe at all.
