Bumpy Ride but Smooth Landing

We really enjoy this hotel. There were a few issues but they took care of them and us! We worked through the issues and in the end, all was good. We will continue to choose this location as we find it very friendly, comfortable and convenient for family and work.

I felt that everything was great at the hotel till we woke up and there were ants everywhere, even in our beds. It took two calls to the front to finally get someone to come look at the infestation. When they guy arrived, all he did was clean them up. I appreciate that, but no one acknowledged how bad it was. They just brushed it under the rug. I ordered food the previous night and the little bit of leftovers I had was crawling with thousands of ants. And to know the ants were in the bed with us while we slept was disgusting.
