Internet was not working for 24h, so I missed 2 important Zoom calls - due to the hotel installation (ie not a neighborhood outage) In the evening, when we came back to the hotel, the room was not made: we mentioned it to the reception this (Sunday) morning they said we needed to remove the sign “don’t disturb” by 8am in the (Saturday) morning, but it was not indicated anywhere, and the reception was very rude this morning, and clearly did not care. Very bad and we will certainly not come back, and will tell our friends.

They are in the process of upgrading aome of the rooms and there was construction noise all around us for about an hour which delayed some business that we were doing. We asked for a slightly later check out andnthey were gracious with our request.

This Holiday Inn Express is a little dated, however, the staff is exceptional! Breakfast was plenty and the room was clean. Spacious parking lot with security. It's also close to many restaurants.
