For a Fairmont, the service and food were very poor. I was not able to check into my room at the regular check-in time. I had to walk downstairs to order room service because no one answered the room service line, the operator line, or the customer service line. No comped delivery fee or other consideration was offered to me.

Hotel itself is slightly outdated but they are updating part of the hotel. Didn’t love that you had to walk outside of the hotel and walk through a parking lot to get to the pool. It wasn’t that far but just would have been nicer if it was closer.

For my second straight visit, check-in clerk. Effe was again most wonderful, cheerful, and helpful! Loved the pool! Overall, very helpful and friendly staff, especially in the lobby and up on the floors!
