Failed clean and service my room the last day of stay. Was out of room from at least 10:45 am to 9:15 pm. No consideration on bill nor did I ask. Better hotels accommodate when they fail significant service. Maybe because they are not fairmount anymore. The do not disturb sign was not displayed.

The ice machine is loud and often broken. The service is quick and excellent. The pool facility is clean and in perfect condition. We enjoyed the hike arranged by the hotel.
