Yosemite's eastern gate and Tuolumne Meadows are not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. This is a beautiful property about a 20 minute drive from the Yosemite southern entrance. Free breakfast was nice and the room was very comfortable.

The quiet stay in a 150 year old well-maintained ranch was nice. The room was too small given the high price: two queen beds and a few narrow furniture left no space to walk around. I believe every hotel around Yosemite is expensive like this :(

Nice property about 1.5 hours outside of Yosemite, close to a few local restaurants, grounds are full of greenery, nice pool, beautiful patio off the rooms, comfortable beds & great coffee!

Ambience in rooms, lobby, library area and the property are very nice. They have a small library area at the end of the hallway where you can relax. The lobby area also has some space and seating. Rooms are very clean and well kept. Rooms open to a porch on either side, but doesn’t have much privacy there. They have free tea and coffee in the lobby area and snacks and drinks that are not overcharged There is a small creek that runs a bit down the road from the property. The pool area is also well kept. Good dining options in the area in 4-5 miles. An excellent option if you are visiting Yosemite and not staying in the valley Drawbacks were the rooms are on the smaller side. There was no closet in the room. There was a large table with drawers, but they could add some option to hang clothes. Also no microwave or mini refrigerator, which was not an issue for us, staying only for a few days. Breakfast is included but is minimal, they do offer you a sausage and egg sandwich though.

It was amazing to stay at a cattle ranch that was established back in the mid 1800’s. The lobby, dining area and saloon were all dated to that time period which was wonderful! I could really picture all the cowboys around the fireplace. This is really close to the park entrance making it perfect for us after a long day of hiking. You will find friendly staff here! We highly recommend this place.

The property is nestled in a quiet area with beautiful views of the mountains. I recommend getting a room with the view to the east, north, or south. If you are lucky, you’ll see wildlife like deer and turkey. The place itself ( inside) is beautiful - dark, mysterious, lodge. Their continental breakfast was assorted. I would absolutely stay here again. ❤️
