Chantal was an amazing server and bar tender. She was welcoming, professional, and always had a smile. The only challenge was that the elevator in the back of the hotel was broken the entire time we were there. My parents are elderly and we were given rooms in the back of the hotel. They had to take the front elevator up and walk around to the back hallway. When we checked in on Thursday night we were told it would be fixed the next day. At time of check out, it was still not fixed.

Very clean, but dated. Bathroom design was very difficult to maneuver with an extremely low toilet and a walk in shower which was not user-friendly and could be easily unsafe. Staff in restaurant pushes the buffet although customer clearly stated they wanted table service.
