Best resort ever.

This was my first time to Bali and was it ever a great experience. The resort is amazing and the service is fist class - one feels from the moment you arrive with personal checking, breakfast, lunch and service by the pool.

Exceptional buffet with vast amount of choice on offer. On demand freshly squeezed juice. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was very clean. One thing to note about the room was that we found it smell a bit damped. Would be better if they had a scented dehumidifier to make the room smell nicer. I would have no problem booking this hotel again.

It was fantastic. The Jr. suite was spacious and beautiful. They celebrated our birthdays the entire time we were there. The staff was warm, welcoming and always available. Gorgeous beach area with a restaurant, pools, etc. The breakfast was amazing. Loved every minute of being there.

Very nice and massive property in Nusa Dua Staff excellent Room excellent, bring your chargers; no USB charging outlet in the room Monkeys will come on your balcony while you are eating breakfast. Location is not very accessible to town/ shopping area like Seminyak. On the same street as other 5 star hotels. No motor bike rentals nearby. Will need to take taxis when you leave the property unless you like to walk a lot. Overall, excellent place to stay and relax.
