Disappointing for a hotel of this category

The staff at Hilton Bali are kind and attentive, but check-in was chaotic, with constant upselling of upgrades. Luggage delivery was also poorly managed — I recommend carrying your own bags to avoid waiting for hours. The room was clean thanks to our excellent housekeeper, but the A/C made a loud noise that disrupted our sleep. We reported it, were told someone would come, but no one ever did. We also had to manually adjust the toilet flush every time to stop it from leaking. The beach in front of the hotel was covered in trash — bottles, plastics, and other waste — and the hotel does nothing about it. For a cleaner beach, go to the neighboring hotel where staff clean daily. Breakfast had variety, but only the Indian dishes rotated, with little attention to Western tastes. Food in general was good — except for the burger at the pool bar, which we do not recommend. The Balinese dinner with traditional dance was the highlight: delicious food, flawless service, and a beautiful show. Overall, we wouldn’t return. For the price, we expected much more. By day three we were bored and regretting the booking. There are far better and more affordable hotels in Bali offering a superior experience.

Food at the Hilton was excellent as was the service. The resort has multiple pools and the grounds are well kept. The location is a little isolated compared to many other Nusa Dua resorts and the beach wasn’t anything special. There is construction taking place on a new resort next door but noise was not an issue.

I stayed in this hotel in the cliff tower with 2 rooms for 4 nights with family. The entrance, lobby and overall size of the hotel is big. The hotel has its private beach and the cliff tower has a wide sea view. View from the balcony is amazing. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast has a wide spread and we enjoyed the delicious food everyday. Spread had Balinese, Chinese, Indian and Continental options. Compared to the size of the hotel, I felt its understaffed especially at the breakfast lobby. Overall, the hotel surely gives a felling of luxury and a five star experience. The location is remote and hence, to commute anywhere, one needs to have a vehicle at disposal.

A fantastic location, views and beach, it’s really quite relaxing, no hussle and Bussle with some great dinner options, breakfast is delicious, the rooms are well appointed, the staff are super wonderful and have no issues recommending this property.

Resort is great for families with young kids- they have a pool with sand so its like a imitation beach that would be perfect for parents to sit on the side while the kids play instead of going to the actual beach. Breakfast has variety but taste is poor, and the staff will shut everything off and take everything away on the dot at 10.30- very different to other resorts I have been to where the breakfast is very nice and staff will ensure you have what you need before they take things away. Nusa Dua area is not ideal for people who would like to venture out for meals etc as there are very limited options.
