Loved the level of customer service at this resort . Truly felt valued as a guest, from the complimentary cocktails on day of arrival, individual touch written in mirror in bedroom, fruit basket and fresh juice on arrival, Rahman was extremely attentive, eager to please and such a lovely guy. Special shout out to Riana from housekeeping and the guys at the pool bar. Keep doing what you’re doing!!!

Marriott Courtyard Nusa Dua was a lovely place to stay. The staff were excellent and so helpful - nothing was too much for them. The facilities were great. The only critique would be that the gym could be cooler.

Beautiful resort, with amazing pools and great staff. Handy to the beach and local shops. Only thing was the relatively limited range of food at the two restaurants. We got around this by eating at the nearby street restaurants though.

This was our first time staying at Courtyard by Marriott and we will definitely be back! Everything was amazing - our room, pools, food, staff. We have nothing to fault at all. The pools were amazing with plenty of sunloungers every day. The breakfast buffet was a highlight. A massive amount of options to please everyone. The staff were so friendly, polite and always eager to please. Thank you for an amazing stay.

This hotel is outstanding value for money. The food options in the hotel are awesome, and a perfect blend between western & Indonesian cuisine. The breakfast buffet is great with a wide variety of options. The hotel staff are really friendly and attentive. There’s a nurse and doctor available, which brought great comfort after I fell over in my hotel room. The hotel is conveniently located if you want to experience dining at other hotels close by. It’s a great place to relax and forget the world. One thing to keep in mind is that the rooms have a connecting door and sound can easily leak between rooms. If that kind of thing annoys you, you’ll notice it. I’d happily recommend this hotel any day. If I were to travel to Bali I would stay here again.
