Water

The location? Perfect. Breakfast? Amazing! And the staff were just the sweetest. But, and there's always a but, they charged me for the water in the room. They put it out with chocolates, like it was a little treat, but nope, it was on the bill. It wasn't about the money. it's worth noting, As many hotels include water as a complimentary service. Otherwise, a highly recommended stay!

O hotel é sensacional, com diversas áreas de lazer e a vista é linda de qualquer ponto que olhar. O conforto do hotel e o serviço da equipe também são destaques. Recomendo muito para quem quer relaxar. Com certeza é uma das melhores opções na serra gaúcha. No entanto, achei as piscinas meio pequenas. No meu caso não foi um problema, mas se o hotel estivesse mais cheio acredito que ficaria desconfortável. Sugestões: poderiam aumentar as opções de pratos no jantar e aumentar ao menos a piscina aquecida.

Hotel em meio a natureza, rodeado de jardins e árvores nativas da Serra. Para descansar e relaxar. Academia, piscinas internas (térmica) e externa, grandes áreas de descanso em meio a natureza. O hotel é maravilhoso. Localizado em um terreno de muito verde e com uma vista incrível, é perfeito para uma escapadinha de final de semana ou até mesmo para uma estadia mais longa. O café da manhã é impecável e o restaurante serve pratos muito bons a um preço justo. Quarto confortável e super limpo, assim como as demais dependências do hotel. Nada a reclamar.

Estadia incrível. Lugar silencioso, aconchegante, no meio da natureza. Café da manhã bem farto e diversificado. Refeições quentes também maravilhosas e feitas na hora. Recomendo o sanduíche de carne de panela, cebola caramelizada e creme de queijo gorgonzola.
