Hotel bem agradável, limpeza excelente e ótimo atendimento. Sugerimos atenção ao reservar um quarto para casal e observar se é superior. No quarto que escolhi a cama era horrível, pois era um box conjugado pequeno e muito desconfortavel. No mais, vale a pena.

Muito boa. Acho que falta mais opção para dias chuvosos. Parquinho ao ar livre, poderia ser em local coberto, por exenplo, no prédio da academia. Restaurantes da piscina e casteli nao funcionam a noite de domingo mesmo com bastante hóspedes ainda no local. Daí nao ligaram a fogueira da piscina. Era uma noite agradável, diferente da anterior que choveu, mas tivemos q sair porque nao tivemos outra opçao. Hidro estava em manutenção, entao a agua estava congelante. Mas atendimento muito bom. Quarto maravilhoso e limpo.

Hotel incrível, super cheiroso, quarto com roupas de cama limpas e cheirosas, banheiro limpo. Áreas externas bem conservadas, piscinas aquecidas funcionando, sauna funcionando, piscina de água natural limpa. Funcionário muito atenciosos. Café da manhã farto, fui no dia do meu aniversário e ao chegar no meu quarto me deparo com um bolo de aniversário que foi dado pelo hotel, achei de uma sensibilidade linda.

Bom dia, foi um experiência bastante ruim, pois , saímos da cidade do RJ para descansar um pouco do grande tumulto do dia a dia; porém de nada adiantou nesse sentido, hotel sem organização, hóspede com crianças pelo corredor falando alto, gritando sem se importar com o horário, assim ainda tinha cachorro latindo, nossa para quem quer descanso, não recomendo. Reclamei na recepção, más a resposta foi: é porque estamos no período de alta temporada, sem noção alguma e sem se importar. Sugeri só menos que colocassem placas alertando sobre o horário para que as pessoas respeitem. Em fim eu não volto mais e não recomendo para ninguém que a intenção seja descansar
