Not as expected

The room I stayed in was right next to a cupboard that must have some kind of generator or something in it... It was making a constant noise all night so I had an awful night's sleep. It was too late to go down and ask to move..... The room was tired, broken tiles on the floor in the bathroom, the sink was cracked and repaired with glue. Not the standard I expected.

Very tired in need of renovation! - Conveyer toaster doesn’t collect done toast so you have to put your hand in hot area - Bar area carpet filthy ,not vacuumed on arrival, still not vacuumed at breakfast - Toilet hard to flush - Lift carpet dirty and worn - Sink takes a long time to empty - Cold room on entry. No control over heating
