Parking was a nightmare. Staff helpful, but road works & one way system a joke. Paid over £250 for presidential suite. What a joke Creaking floor boards. Bar staff friendly BUT poor choice for food. Very limited

Well this hotel needs a coat of paint. A very tired hotel. I would say it could be good after a reverb, but the rooms are old and the noise from the room above and sides means a quiet night sleep you will not get. The bar is very poor, whilst they have draft taps no draft beer and the price for a small bottle of beer to eye watering. Needless to say I won’t be revisiting

Nottingham Hilton was perfectly placed for shops bars etc .parked onsite for £40 x 2 nights .room was modern but not that big in fairness .bed was fine and breakfast choices very good .only minor gripe was the shower which did not have much oooomph sadly .all in all a decent stay and would return

Beige for a 4 star
Felt rather basic for a 4-star hotel, room was clean, bed was comfortable, but very basic tea and coffee provision when the Premier Inn is offering a Nespresso machine, no biscuits in the room. The lift was dangerous and the doors opened when the lift was not level with the floor. I am disabled and I stumbled with the unexpected drop. The front desk was aware but no hazard notice provided to prevent an injury. The staff were friendly and efficient in spite of the lacklustre provision. Breakfast was pleasant.

Not the best value for money
The Hilton in Nottingham is in a fantastic spot, right in the city center, making it easy to explore on foot. However, the experience doesn't quite measure up to its premium price. For what you're paying, you'd expect daily room servicing and a more generous supply of in-room essentials like coffee, tea, and sugar, but that's not the case here. Guests are left to top up on these basics themselves, which feels a bit lacking for a hotel of this caliber. On the plus side, the rooms are quiet, providing a peaceful retreat from the city’s bustle. But with these higher prices, a bit more attention to service details would go a long way. Great location, but perhaps not the best value for money.

The hotel looks impressive from the outside and stepping into reception that impression is reinforced. On check-in we were offered a complimentary glass of Prosecco as well as canned water. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and furnished and decorated to a high contemporary standard. The hotel is very convenient for the Royal Concert Hall. The bed was incredibly comfortable and it was very quiet overnight. Breakfast next morning was superb. There was a huge range of hot and cold items.
