I visit Norwich, my old college town, annually, and always stay at The Maid’s Head. Authentic, period building. Great location for cathedral and downtown. Fascinating layout and unique rooms. Convenient parking. Always love my stay there.

I loved the view of the cathedral from our room and the customer service of the staff on front desk reception and breakfast.
Great hotel, location and brilliant staff! Room upgraded on arrival which was great, plenty of parking behind the hotel. Room amenities very good including the iPad to send messages to reception/order food. Breakfast was one of the best.
It’s certainly old, but really needs an upgrade. Windows don’t open, room too warm and limited ability to control this. It should be clearer that they have no lifts, and multiple levels. It was okay but we wouldn’t stay again.
We loved our stay here. It’s a beautiful hotel with attentive staff. The breakfast options were varied and well done. Parking on site at a reasonable rate was also a bonus. We will be visiting again.
Beautiful Hotel. excellent, polite, friendly and helpful staff, Restaurant food was not really anything to write home about, breakfast buffet was good. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back 👍
