The overall cleaning was good. The bed was uncomfortable, and very noisey from other visitors. Breakfast was ok, not very clear on where to get breakfast.

Hotel was very clean and plenty of hand sanitizers around. Staff very polite and made us feel very welcomed. My children’s sofa bed was uncomfortable for them. Room cold but staff sorted this quickly. I would use this hotel again if I needed too.

We arrived at approximately 1600 to check in. Gave our surname and booking reference but they couldn’t find our booking. The receptionist proceeded to tell me that Expedia hadn’t passed our details onto the hotel even though we had paid in full prior to check in. The staff were so helpful and managed to sort a room for myself, my disabled husband and our 3 year old son. I cannot fault the staff at this hotel. But not happy with Expedia. Don’t know what we would’ve done if they were fully booked. Won’t be staying at a Holiday Inn again. Due to the fact I felt like I was laying on concrete with a breeze block for a pillow. 2 days on and I still can’t move my head as my neck is so sore! Husband and son had a good night sleep as they were on the sofa bed.

In the current situation of covid-19 room were very clear, staff were every organized all had masks on. All staff were friendly and very helpful. Only one fault was the breakfast wasnt great, but I put that down to covid because the poor staff were trying to do receptions, eat in breakfast takeaway, they were running around like blue arse flys. So thank you to all staff for looking after us and making us feel safe.
