Lovely hotel, felt very clean and safe. Good location -only a 15/20 minute walk to the centre of Norwich. We had breakfast the following day and it was excellent and well priced.

Great hotel with Great Service....BUT
I stayed here with my family and had a pleasurable stay. The staff were attentive and the customer service was bang on Only gripe would be the parking, most of the time the car park is full especially evenings.. Therefore we had to double park most of the time and found other guests would park inconsiderately next to you to get their car into the car park..

Dirty and disappointing
We arrived at the hotel and was greeted well and promptly shown to our room. We didn’t get to spend too much time looking over as we was keen to head out for the day in Norwich however when we returned later that evening we realised how sloppy the room was. There was thick dust in places, paint chipping, the bathroom was the worst with dirty tiles, unclean sink and stains of pee over the floor. We mentioned this to the front of desk who thankfully had another room we could move to however this was no better. The bathroom was horrendous with black mould on the tiles and again the room has dust everywhere. In the photos the rooms look immaculate and this was very disappointing as they had no other rooms so we had to drive back home at 11pm. The reception did offer us a free breakfast or drink whilst in the process of switching room however maybe they should have let us have a drink in the bar for an hour whilst the room gets cleaned or even called up their sister hotel which was literally a 5 minute walk down the road to see if they had some rooms available instead of letting us go home in the light like that because their cleaners didn’t do a good enough job.
