The lady in the morning shift, you are the face of the hotel act professional, you never know whos waiting behind you waiting to check out! 2nd shift agent polite and friendly. Hotel and room need updating. This place could be great with fore kicks down the road for families and lots of restaurants near by like barrels and boards. Update, retrain. One pro was that there was no rug flooring, hotel rug flooring is nasty, beds weren't too bad. Potential here, quiet area

Get what you pay for

Definitely not a 5 star by any means. Rates are cheap and it was only a one night stay. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. However, they don’t have pool or breakfast . The lobby, elevator and hallways are dirty and dingy. The rooms have kitchens in them maybe that’s why they don’t offer breakfast but you have to get all the stuff like pots and pans, utensils, plates, coffee pot and etc from the front desk. Which i didnt do and probably wouldn’t. The Chairs are ripped and one of the lamps was completely broken. I made sure I stripped the bedding and disinfected every inch to the point where it was damp and had to dry. The room and bathroom were clean but not spotless. Before i used touched anything I clean everything from the kitchen area to the bathroom including the tub.
