It was an ok stay. Ppl were very nice mostly but lady at reception desk when we checked out (around 6 am) was beyond miserable. I remember she was blocking the thru way w her blue hummer too.
She should not be representing Hyatt.

We loved the Hyatt House for our stay. From the time you walk in to the time you leave, you are treated nicely by the staff and they are very accommodating. They make you feel special and do all they can to keep you happy. Will stay there again.

Didn’t know it was a pet friendly hotel so I didn’t like that…they claim they gave me a pet free
Floor room however there were bugs 🐜
