The toilet was so low you almost needed help to get up. The hallway where the room was and the room itself smelled terribly musty. The furniture looked like it was from the 60s. The shower head was so clogged it didn't work as it should have. We will not stay here again. The staff was very blah, especially the breakfast staff.

I messed up my booking and had to call Expedia to fix the mistake. The agent was very helpful, but when the hotel had to call to verify, the agent was difficult and became rude. The girl at the front desk, Bella, was very helpful even after becoming frustrated with Expedia. I got a room for the night and got some sleep. I would have been out in the cold if Bella hadnt been such a big help.
