Television station’s inadequate

The apartment was very clean. There were only 2 small forks. The television was associated to the company and would not let me use the streaming services, I wanted to log into my accounts but could not do it. The choices of stations was only live tv and it was not adequate. I think you should give clients more choices for their tv viewing.

The apartment was very nice and any issues were corrected immediately. Very good communication with management and easy virtual check in. Loved having 2 bathrooms and a well appointed kitchen.

Beautiful, clean, and safe area to stay! I stayed while completing my clinicals at a local hospital. Near freeways and lots of stores. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again if I ever return to Florida.

Personally this was not the place for me. It is an apartment community and the upstairs neighbors were incredibly loud both nights. The master bath stunk like urine but thankfully there was a second bathroom so we used that but it wasn't very clean either. Otherwise, everything else was fine. Lots of restaurants right next to it which was convenient. Other apartments in the community might be fine but I would not recommend 4309.

This is a terrible place in an unsafe area I. The middle of nowhere !!! The so called people who managed the place never respond. The TV was broken and never fixed it. In short don’t stay here even if it’s for free
