Beautiful views and clean rooms. I happened to break my ankle while traveling the day we were supposed to check in and the staff was super accommodating. Without being asked they immediately found a more appropriate room that we would be more comfortable in. Provided a wheel chair made sure we knew they were there to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible and we could reach out anytime. Very welcoming and helpful. The views from the room were amazing

We planned on heading to Martha’s Vineyard but the ferry’s were cancelled due ti weather. This hotel was available and, while there was only 1 person working the front, she got through the line quickly and with patience. We didn’t see much of the property but we had a good nights sleep.

The staff at the Sea Crest is ALWAYS excellent. Unfortunately, I was sick while there, and they couldn't have been more accommodating. I will never forget their hospitality this visit. We have stayed there several times. I highly recommend it.

It took forever to check-in-My room was in bad shape. The shower handle didn't work so it was either scalding or freezing water. The room needed a new paint job. Shingles were falling off the siding. It took over an hour to get our food which was a simple fish and chips and when it did arrive it was a chicken sandwich lol! Beer was flat so they didn't know to change the keg? I'm not sure.

room good, ocean view with parking lot view, not good we need to close the curtains so they don't see us and we can't see the ocean and in the other side was the shuttle of the hotel parking there too. the rug on the hallway to the room extremely dirty, old, maybe smells, room clean we can see the upgrade, but finish details are missing on the showers. have to run the water like 20 min to have hot water, front desk check in and check out very bad, ask questions and looks like I was bothering the staff, 0/0, restaurant good, buffet need more choices of food, they run out of food and have to wait , run out of coffee and need to wait always so staff can make more. the omelets and the nice lady was perfect. lady on the convenience store very nice.

Beautiful location, beat up room

Beautiful resort overall. Our room was beat up though. The door was cracked (like 6 inches) at the door lock. Looks like someone tried to break in or out and the door hadn’t been replaced. Door still locked but gave me the creeps a little. Also, mislead by “ocean front.” This does not mean your room looks out at the ocean, despite what the photos show you when booking the room. It means the ocean is adjacent and you have to step outside to see it. Make sure you read the fine print so you know what you’re getting. I visited in April so we got cheap room rates. I’d come back but not for the summer prices.

There were aspects of this resort that we liked: a beautiful bay beach, clean and nicely decorated lobby and an accommodating staff that moved us from a second to first floor room at check in due to no elevator access. The disappointments included: only 1 restaurant open (which didn't work for my 5 and 7 year old grandchildren), no comfortable beach lounge chairs as portrayed on their ads, no complimentary coffee or water in the lobby (and only 1 bottle of water in the room for 4 people), minimal housekeeping that didn't include vacuuming the sandy floor, replenishing the bar soap and gathering the dirty towels, and an overly chlorinated and not well maintained indoor pool area. Yes, we got a good off season rate but I'm left wondering what the $50/day resort fee we paid actually covered.
