The beds were comfortable, room was decent, but the bathroom could use updated door fixtures. The hot tub was out of order. The staff was very nice, especially the man who does the breakfast in the morning...he was super attentive and kept the area clean. We would stay there again.

The Comfort Inn was comfy & clean. The staff was friendly. They advertised a "take it and go breakfast", but they actually did have a hot breakfast each day (often eggs & sausage). I would stay there again,

Hotel has always been great
Ive stayed in this hotel before. Rooms are good, staff attentive. My issue is with Hotels.com. Im a service tech and was out of town for work. I preordered a room through hotels.com...i ended up pulling an all nighter and was unable to cancel my reservation. So basically, i paid for a room i never used...do better hotels.com

When I picked this hotel I needed to stay near Westminster MD and it said it was 1.9 miles away. Wrong it was 90 minutes away! So I stayed at a friends house instead who lived much closer to the funeral home.

This place was mediocre at best. It clearly has not been touched in 15-20 yrs. This is likely the same for all small town hotels. There was a very musty smell in the hallways and corridors. I don’t even think the AC was on anywhere but the rooms. My room was thankfully sleep able, but was not comfortable. The tv stand was drastically offset from the bed, some of the lights and clock did not work. The ceiling was falling apart in a few spots. Sprinklers were partially hanging from the ceiling. The tub did not drain, the bathroom door got stuck against the floor. There was a constant resonating in our room I think from the room next door. The hot part of the breakfast was a tray of eggs and biscuits and gravy. It was all just barely ok. I would say this place is a 2 star, maybe 3 star being gracious

The stay was good. The facility was having some plumbing/water issues but the impact was minimal. The staff was wonderful. Maria was very pleasant and professional. She is a joy.
