Hotel didn’t take cash for anything. This should be advertised on their site. Although 3 elevators, only one working for the 3 days we were there so always had to queue. Restaurant very limited menu.

Disappointed. The rooms were dirty, the hotel staff were not helpful. I found a bed bug crawling on me and had to demand a new room. Even after bringing the bed bug down to them, they denied having bed bugs. The whole situation was handled poorly and definitely ruined our weekend. I will never go back.

Love this hotel and try to make it there at least twice a year. From the room with the hot tub in the room, the indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, gane room, hammocks, and location to the outlets this place is an amazing get away!
