The hot tub was black and slimy, the pool was cool and had many ladybugs and boxelders all over. The room had many ladybugs and flies dead and alive, it dod not feel clean . Some lamps didnt work, some dishes had an odd orangish spriut layng in them. Very poorly maintained inside and out, and they would not refund any part of the charges at all. ,even though i didnt use 1 of the rooms and left a day early.

we were having a bathroom remodel and decided to stay in a local hotel during the process. Happy with our stay, we were able to keep our dog with us-which was an absolute need. room clean, hotel quiet. Staff friendly and helpful

When we first arrived we were an hour early and was told it would cost an additional $45. I was not impressed with the man on duty. He was outside when we got there and I went in. He did not welcome me or ask if he could assist me. I called the # for assistance and he came into the building. Not very good people skills in my opinion. After we got checked in, he did politely help with our tv and WiFi. The room was clean, especially the bathroom. We had a pleasant stay without any problems.

Right location, not customer friendly.
Our check in was nice. Room had significantly scarred wood furniture, but frig and micro which we needed. No staff at desk at 10am. Decided to stay another night but only staff there was cleaning lady. She gave us towels for pool because there were none. Later another staff yelled at us for taking the towels without permission! Second day we opened the curtains and loads of flies came out. Management did give us another room which they said was an upgrade, but our bill was same. The location was nearest to family, but we wouldn't stay there again.

Worst Stay of any hotel - ever
Absolutely horrific, needed to change rooms 3 times. We requested a specific room which was to accommodate 5 people. The room given to us had only 1 bed - clearly not enough. We were told we could get a rollaway bed but we would have to be charged additional for it. Then when we received it, it was broken. Room 2 - changed to a 2 queen bedroom - but the bathroom door was locked!!! Desk attendant had NO keys for it - then was surprised when we asked for a different room where we could actually use a bathroom!!!! Then he start ramming the bathroom door with his shoulder scaring my kids!!! We finally got another room - but not before a power outage that left us stuck in a dark elevator. Such a joke of a stay - on my husbands birthday.
