Potential

Nice room, but advertised amenities that were not available like a cafe and happy hour in bar Had to leave hotel to look for breakfast which was suppose to be available onsite. Seemed disorganized and not completely up and running. Outside pool was dirty. Indoor pool and spa very nice.

The room was great. Clean, clutter free. Hot tub in jacuzzi room was wonderful, though not really a Mountain View. The bar and restaurant leave something to be desired. Restaurant was closed at dinner, after being told it’d be open. Food could be ordered in the bar however. The bar lacked a variety of alcohol and condiments for the drinks so it was difficult to order an enjoyable drink. Overall, the staff was friendly and polite, though not on the same page or misinformed regarding the amenities. We had a wonderful and peaceful visit.

I booked a Mountain View room and got a room with a parking lot view. Clean place. Beds were comfy. The hot springs indoor pool and outdoor pool were cold. Nothing special.

Very nice and beautiful hotel with good amenities, but unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy it. The mineral water in a swimming pool and hot tub was really cold the first day we arrived, we complained to the stuff members, they raised the temperature and few hours later we had just a warm water in jacuzzi, but still very cold swimming pool. Next day we came to swim in the morning and water in jacuzzi was too hot at 113.5 F, so impossible to stay in and the swimming pool was still very cold. The hotel is barely occupied and now we understand the reason for that. People are coming to enjoy the mineral water and have no chance of doing that as the amenities are not being taken care of.

The resort was once a rehab center and they have quite a few things left from that, including an empty nurses station. It made it an uncomfortable experience. The outdoor landscaping seemed to be forgotten. The outdoor hot spring pool was temped at best. The food in the restaurant was average with above average prices, and the wait staff was rude and not professional. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean!

Would never pay more than $100 bucks to come here for the night, if I did (which we won’t again). Skamania down the road is so much better, up to date, clean, outside is maintained. The mini golf course looks like an abandoned park or something, around the building is very not kept. Very old. needs to be remodeled

Paid for a Mountain View with a hot tub and didn’t get either of those. Had a patio table but no chairs. We were supposed to check in at 4 and our room wasn’t ready until almost 5.
