I loved this hotel! It was beautiful clean and the staff was so friendly. We were right on the warf right next to some great restaurants.

bait and switch on pricing. Multiple fees added at check in. Lots of homeless surrounding the building. Graffiti, construction, and crime everywhere in the area. I do NOT rec. this hotel or area to stay. Overpriced and unsafe.

Staff is very accommodating! The attached restaurant was tasty. Highly recommended the buffet breakfast. Plenty of delicious options to choose from and kitchen staff is more than willing to accommodate any intolerance of ingredients used. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was a bit stiff and the pillows were a bit too soft. To each their own, however neither would keep me from staying again. The location is extremely walkable to nearby attractions and you can find free bike rentals or paid electric scooter rentals conveniently at the front door should your itinerary take you a little farther out. Enjoy your stay!

Rooms didn't get clean and not enough towels for the amount of people in the room.

Great location. Cleanliness of room mediocre - room was not fully cleaned two out of five nights.
