It's a cheap room. Don't go there expecting 5 star anything. Had no idea that there was permanent resident's living there. The shower had no pressure, the toilet felt like it was not bolted down, very strong cleaner smell when we 1st got there which gave me a headache. The tv when turned off acted like a night light (weird) Curtains didn't block out the light out side of our room which was on all night . But nothing happened, no bugs and the Manger is very nice.

The staff receiving you at front desk is great! Very kind, offered a complementary soft drink, very keen to help. As for the motel itself I rented 2 rooms there out of Expedia showing photos of modern renovated rooms. What I got was not renovated or modern. It was absolutely outdated, windows, walls and doors were very dirty and the worst was the smell of the room. As soon as I walked in, it hit me. I put my bag on the table and started looking for another hotel but North Bay wall fully booked for my needs so I had to stay there. Kept my flip flops at all time and in the shower. The place has potential but it is a little sketchy right now… Will not go back

Check in/out was smooth. Front desk staff was helpful polite and eager to please. Great location close to downtown but not overly busy of an area. Being downtown still was very quiet at night. Walking distance to the beach waterfront. Parking convenient directly in front of your room assuming you are on the bottom floor. You pay for what you get. The room was clean, washroom was clean but definitely seemed dated. Bed was extremely comfortable which made up for the datedness of the room. Overall good stay and would again and would recommend if looking for a short term night or two stay

I had a wonderful stay at the Knights Inn; the property was in excellent condition, the staff was friendly, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and welcoming experience.

The room looked clean, but had a bad smell, the A/C was horrible, outside the room was dirty and run down…the ice maker was disgusting….cob webs leading up the stairs.
