Only decaffeinated coffee in room when we get there. If you are expecting room house keeping don't. You have to put in request for it. So if you want coffee the next morning you need to go to front desk and ask. Breakfast was ok. Staff was ok. But this request for house keeping is some what weird. Other hotels they make up your room do garbage, sheets, vacume room. Not here !

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, some noise during the day in the hallway quiet at night, some dirt and bugs (silverfish) in the hallways and stairwell. AC worked well, internet was kinda spotty, breakfast wasn't very good, worked well for a couple who just needed someplace to sleep but where otherwise out most of our trip to North Bay

Our room was on the second floor in the middle of 2 blocks of rooms from a kids sports tournament. The hallway was very noisy when w checked in and the desk clerk was unable to move us to a quieter area on the main floor. If I’m paying the full price to stay at your hotel, I should know the conditions that I will face if I book with you. The morning breakfast room was also packed with families and kids from the tournament and there was no room to sit and eat.

Had to ask about rooms being cleaned or at least being tidied for a 3 night stay. I just assumed that they would be at some time during the duration of my stay. I wish they tell their customers that when they check in.

When travelling with children and having to plan meals. We chose this location based on reviews of breakfast options. They do offer hot food, breakfast sausage and scrambled eggs, and diy waffles blueberry and original. Hot coffee and tea, apple juice orange juice and water as well as ypgurts, apples banana bagels cream cheese, english muffins, toast/bread oatmeal packages brown sugar flavour, boiled eggs. We were please with the selection. It was quiet and super comfy pillows.

Great location, easy to find. Rooms clean and spacious. Excellent breakfast, very clean room, always being refilled with food and coffee. Only con…..no street number to be seen, and was not sure we had the right hotel.
