The hotel needs some renovations. I can hear the people next to us talking as if they were in our room. The doors have an inch gap from the floor where you can see light through it. The sheets had slight stains on them. The elevators were hot and muggy, it also sounded like it, needed some maintenance. The ramp to parking needs to be wider. The hotel decorations were not welcoming, it needs a new design. Although, the staff was nice, We will not stay here again. Thank you.

Staff was great. I requested new bedding and everything was fine after that. The downtown area doesn't feel safe for walking around. If you are driving its ok.

We have stayed here several times and it is a very convenient location for our purposes. The property is generally able to present a reasonably priced block of rooms on short notice for our team, and is close to a lot of excellent food options. Don't expect to love the hotel maintenance standard (only 1 elevator currently in service, several of the team reported water/plumbing problems, etc) We also recommend not leaving anything in the car if you are self parking.

Never again.
Never again. Cockroaches in the room. Ick! Could not sleep as i imagined bugs crawling on me. I killed some, but you KNOW there's more. Food in the only restaurant was overcooked and not edible. Parking a ridiculous $15 per day. There was no free breakfast as expedia advertised.

There are hotels in need of updating and then there are hotels that need to be closed and torn down. This hotel is old, outdated and worn out. It looks and smells like a third-rate nursing home. Room furnishings are shabby. At times only one of the four elevators were operating. Unloading upon arrival was a nightmare with the ramps BLOCKED by cars and no one from the staff concerned. I would sooner sleep in my car than ever stay at this hotel again. I have many other complaints, but you get the idea. Worst hotel I have stayed in years.

Room floors were dirty, bathroom was very small, couldn’t hardly sit on the toilet it was so close to the wall, sink was coming off the wall, shower tiles were coming off the wall, kitchen are was awkward and tiny and poorly constructed, door to separate room area didn’t have a handle to open it from the inside space, pull out sofa was super thin but adequate, main king bed was comfy.

The hotel was close to the venues I needed to go to for a wedding. It was a few minutes drive to a walkable area with great dining and shops. There was a real down to earth thrift store across the street.The pool was great and well maintained. The rooms were ok seemed spacious enough and we had a view of the area. The hotel itself is old as you can tell by its construction, spiral entrance to the parking lot. We also had to change rooms after the door wouldnt oprn because the humidity made it stick. Maintenance came quickly and stayed to be sure we could access the room without a problem. We also did not get a fridge in our room but were too busy to complain so I'm not sure if it was only with our room.
