May stay was outstanding. The staff went out of their way to ensure my needs were met. The staff in the restaurant were very pleasant and extremely polite. But the wait time was over one hour for breakfast on one occasion and forty minutes another time. The cook had to serve the guest, which took him away for his duties in the kitchen. This should not happen. I must say, once the food arrived, It was very good! Once again the staff, made every effort to make up for the delays. I will be staying there on my next trip next year.

If you’re inclined to stay here — DON’T

Do you like the scent of Dollar Tree candles? How about lopsided beds that scoot all over the room? Outdated decor and and raucous atmosphere? Then this hotel is for you! Upon entering, you’re immediately suffocated by the air freshener. Once checking in, you’ll be directed upstairs to your room where the hallways will take you back to the bygone era of 1993. “Meh” is the best way to describe the room, and if your stay is anything like mine, you’ll get to know the front desk staff well as you call them three times per night about people screaming in the hallway and slamming doors all night. So exciting to be in a hotel with so many guests experiencing their first time out of the zoo!

Lady at the front desk was very nice and quick service. Outsie of the building looked a little worrisome, but the inside is very nice, updated nice decor. Beds are stiff and the pillows are eh. But the rooms are updated and the bathroom is nice and very clean. Hot water was great with 2 people back to back. Plenty of parking

Heater was broken and they refused to send someone up to fix it until the next day so I spent a night absolutely freezing. The next day (after asking three times) when it was finally fixed it would continue to break. Finally got moved to another room with was much smaller than my previous one. All the locals told me afterwards that the area was quite dangerous as well but I didn’t personally experience anything alarming.
