I was given room 110. The commode was broken, it won't flush. Water was not going into the tank! Then I was transferred to room 108. The microwave was broken. The door of the microwave is glued! They know it's not operable, but they did not replace it! So I could not heat my food or drink!

Between the children jumping and running all night over my head and the fire alarm going off it was a nightmare! My son had to run in a National track meet and couldn’t even get a peaceful night sleep. Terrible experience-never will stay there or use this chain of hotels again!

Stayed here in late January 2024. As before, There were no issues, the staff were great, will stay here whenever I visit Virginia Beach. AAA

Somebody not only out my phone under a vending machine without my knowledge but my boyfriend's phone was also stolen and when we simply asked management to go back and look at the security cameras (not us personally because we know that's against the rules) but for them to go back and look they said no they don't that especially not for something like a phone . And that we'd need to get a warrant etc etc . I think that's absolutely horrible. It's a safety issue , as well as poor management and hospitality , and also creates a very uninviting -uncomfortable stay .
