The walls are paper thin you hear everything next-door neighbor is doing saying or listening to The parking lot area was real small, real tight. People hit your car doors because the spaces are so small. My bathroom sink faucet did not work at all. Rust stains in the tub. A lot of pollen on the patio chairs they don’t even wipe them off,

The staff at check in was nice, they’re also the only staff we saw the entire weekend. There were so many safety concerns especially with children. The top of the banister on the balcony was not connected, there’s a chunk of the foundation that’s hanging around floor 6. The breaker box in our room was open and accessible, the smoke detector in our room wasn’t even plugged in, the small metal door on our balcony was rusted and open filled with debris, the window to our bedroom showed out in the hallway so it was super loud. Nobody ever answer the phone. The plugs in the outlet in the bathroom wasn’t even secure nor had an outlet cover on it so very easy access to wiring right beside the sink. Drain spout missing from tub. Hole in bedroom door. Half the outlets didn’t work.

Almost everything inside our room did not work. The floors were filthy. I had to ask for everything every single day. It was terrible.

The building is falling apart. There is literally pieces of concrete falling off of it. The elevator was dirty and did not function correctly. The stairs had pieces of floor and stairs missing and the fire escape doors would stick and had trouble opening,( I’m 6’4” 250 and struggled to open it). The room entry doors did not lock correctly. The room was dirty and could smell marijuana smoke on the floor. The trash in the room had not been emptied and the bed sheets had stains on them. When I complained and asked for a refund I was told no and will have to take it up with Expedia. They did offer another room but I did not want to stay in that building, it should be condemned.it seems as if the hotel has a business plan of put up nice pictures to get you to book and keep your money if you complain. Do not stay here!!!

I decided on this hotel because of the location and an indoor pool. The photos online made the hotel look up to date and very nice for a mother, son weekend trip. Getting to the hotel there was candle wax on the floor, rose petals between the mini fridge and cabinets, hand prints on the back of the bed head board, used soap in the drain of the tub, and hair stuck to the wall outside of the bathroom. The indoor pool was also closed for the season( this was not told to me before booking) I tried contacting the GM many times with no call or email back. Do not stay at this hotel!!!

The front desk staff is simply amazing.Also the manager is caring.The hotel room was great.The Ocean view was everthing.

The whole bed moves when your body moves. There was no curtain to cover the light from the bedroom window. It was hard to fall asleep with light on. I was told the tv would be fix first thing the next morning, but never happened. I called and the lady told she would talk to the general manager who i had spoken previous and nothing happened. I was ignored. If you leave food on the counter you will find lots of ants within hours. So i hope i do get my $100 deposit i was told is refunded after you check out. We didn’t smoke or drinked or destroyed the room.
