The view was excellent, and the room, thank goodness was very clean. But the whole place really needs a serious overhaul. Cracks in the floor and floor strips coming apart in the room. The elevator well.. really needs to be cleaned and updated.

I loved the walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The room was perfect for me being by myself, it was clean. I had to ask for a blanket and was given one, it was fir my comfort and nothing was wrong in the room. I stayed there last year and I plan on staying again next year.

Wonderful Stay!

Reserved an oceanfront room with a jetted tub. The tub was amazing, helped with sore muscles and being somewhat chilly ☺️. Was able to walk to most activites, was even able to watch several dolphins playing from the balcony! The staff was polite and were ready to meet needs if asked. The only thing that could have been better were the beds, they were a little hard.
You can slightly see a dolphin's dorsal fin!

It’s a crappy hotel at the end of the strip. Everything in the room was outdated. Balcony could barely fit two people. Ocean view is only good on the top floors.

This is an excellent hotel for the price and location! The location is perfect at the end of the south side of the beach. If you like surfing it’s the best spot. The cleaning staff are great. Highly recommend.
