When we arrived we went to the neighboring hotel not realizing it was 2 hotels attached in one block. The check-in parking is narrow, but also had construction items around making it more difficult to maneuver. Check-in was fairly simple. However, the concierge never gave us our complimentary discount cards to local businesses until the 2nd night. It would have been helpful upon check-in. On the floors we visited, as we had family on a floor 11 floors away, there were distinctive smells of what seemed to be rotten fish lingering. It was in the halls and at the elevator. Mentioning family staying at the same hotel, we made reservations in late September/early October for the first weekend in December. We called as soon as the reservations were made and requested that all the rooms be put close together. This was NOT done and we were 11 floors away. The kids with us wanted to swim and had to walk to the neighboring property to do so as the pool at our location was 21 and up only. I get that completely. However, 21 and up also doesn’t mean they should be practically having sex in that pool for all to see. Then our kids were spoken to by an employee at the pool for jumping into the pool while other kids were doing it from a higher spot. Then another team came in to use the lobby for a meeting and wanted to say something to our kids for being loud. I was with our kids then and they were not loud. And we had no room checks the entire time. Very disappointed.

Our two bedroom suite had extremely noisy conditioning system.. on and off every 15 minutes . Like a truck engine was turned on and off in the room. Every morning, we woke up with terrible headache. This had never happened to us before when we stayed in Hilton. We are very frustrated.

i loved the view from the room, size and amenities in the room. What i didn’t care for was a non-smoking room that had been smoked in. While i place more blame on the smokers who can’t be considerate of others, the property should have known it was smoked in and at least given me the opportunity to opt for a different room before i got my keys.
