Checked in and went to bed. Next morning when we started making the bed we noted old blood stains. As we pulled the sheets back and mattress protector we noted even move dried old blood. We reported it to management and was not satisfied with the outcome! We would not recommend this hotel due to lack of cleanliness. The housekeeper made the bed with the waste on the sheets. This is an infectious issue that could have make someone ill.

Our stay was pleasant. The rooms were comfortable. We had an issue with a remote not working, but they replaced it right away. I would suggest stocking the rooms with coffee and sugar if the rooms arent going to be serviced every day. The two receptionist I dealt with were a stark contrast to one another. One was pretty stale conversationally but the other was super nice and bubbly. Overall we had a good stay and would definitely return.

The only negative I will say is misleading advertising. Paid for ocean view but oceanfront is what I really wanted to pay for. Didn’t take away from my stay. Hotel is very nice and view of the ocean was good enough. Rooms are large and nice inside and the front desk were friendly! I would recommend if you’re in the are.

Nice suite & comfortable bed. However, too many issues. Property listing is misleading, “Ocean View” & “Partial View” are the same thing, I wish that was made clear before booking. The hot water in the shower was inconsistent & sometimes non-existent. Some of the outlets in the bedroom did not work. Lightbulbs on a couple lamps were flickering or out altogether. Lastly, only one working elevator for the entire building. For such a nice space, the maitenance is below average. A waste of a great hotel in a great location. Although my weekend was not ruined, I doubt I will return.
