Location was nice. Close to food, drinks etc. Truly disappointed that after checkout we realized we left our little boys otter stuffy and called them and they said it wasn't there, although we know it was left in the bed and was ready to go back and get it.

Room was updated and clean. Nice balcony with a view!! Bathroom was large, could use more counter space in there. My only suggestion, it would be great to mount the tv on the wall instead of having that strange “tv island” in the middle of the room

Staff was very friendly and accomodating!! Virginia Beach gas company had an issues so we had no hot water our last night or the morning we checked out. The hotel did credit us one night of the parking fee. Our refrigerator in the room didn't work so we had to get that replaced. Apparently if you only stay 2 nights they don't clean your room or anything unless you ask which i thought was strange for a beachfront hotel.

Our 2nd time here. First time during covid so no housekeeping services. 4 years later and still had to call front desk begging for clean towels and garbage taken. Get back to the old ways of customer service.
