Great location but the property is run down and housekeeping is really inconsistent. The hot tub is filthy and when my son leaned against the side, scummy sludge came off on his shirt. Comfortable beds. Tiny, slow elevator that shuts even when someone is standing in the way of the doors.

This hotel has everything you need for a vacation at the beach. The indoor pool during the week wasn't very crowded at all and the hot tub was definitely nice to have. The other outdoor pools are awesome, especially the one with the slides. This hotel is right on the beach and you can walk to a lot of things on the boardwalk. The only bad part is one of their elevators is very slow but the other one is not too bad. Some things were a little outdated but all in all it was an amazing place to be for a few days!

We had two vehicles, but they only allowed for parking for one. Offered to pay a fee to park the second car and although the lot had many, many open spaces, they wouldn't allow us to park that second car. If not for a sweet young woman checking in at the same time, that didn't have a car and offered us her spot, we would've had to pay for offsite parking. Thanks again to that sweet young woman.

Our stay was almost perfect. While it was 78 degrees in our room we called down and they had someone at our door quickly and got the room nice and cool. The floor in our room was sticky and I thought it was just the humidity from the heat but it wasn’t I just kept my flip flops on. The 3 pools option was so nice and being right on the beach was wonderful we were a short walk to Dunkin which was nice. Overall we had a great stay.

Mediocre Stay

1) Fix the windows so guests can see out of them. My room had 2 broken seals so as to make the windows foggy. 2) Put screen doors on the balcony so the door can stay open to hear the ocean (after turning off the ac). 3) Have a night light in the bathroom so as not to wake your partner during the night or pre-dawn. 4) NOTIFY YOUR GUESTS: either leave a note on the doors or a sandwich board near the elevators when there is "an unforeseen event" like having NO WATER for 4 hours - and charge a REDUCED RATE when that kind of major event happens! 5) Do Not place guests near construction without telling them first. 6) Be sure the furniture is in proper working order. My refrigerator cabinet door had a hinge in disrepair and made a loud noise every time I opened it. I could not get a drink during the night without disturbing my partner. 6) Get better coffee. Even your "mild" was too strong and no amount of sweetener or creamer helped it, and you don't provide enough.

They are planning on renovation this year. Which I believe will make the outdated hallways, elevators (only had two, but in different areas) sliding glass doors in room, and the temperature throughout the hotel a lot better. The indoor pool is actually a lazy river, which my daughter loved. They need to update their internet. My daughter had an online class and the internet wouldn't work, so I had to use my cellphone hotspot for her to complete class.
