The staff was amazing ! Especially , food staff. The room smelled slightly but it wasn't that bad of a smell. It was a bit peculiar though. The beds were comfortable , shower was a terrific walk in with glass sliding door. The balcony was a enjoyable feature as well.

The front desk staff was stacking one handful of brochures and didnt acknowledged that we were waiting. And then told me to wait until she was finished? ButThe cleaning crew was great and helpful. The restaurant staff were fast and the food at breakfasts and one supper was very good. The hotel and grounds were beautiful. Started off bad but we would stay again when we are there next year.

Gym was being serviced and scheduled to be complied by the date we arrived but was not usable. Loud ac noise. Front desk staff bad attitude when greeting etc. balcony was dirty. Other know not hotel property but right outside to beach access the shower to clean off sand etc had trash and diaper in the base.

Beautiful ocean view room. I had two issues that were addressed immediately. My safe and tv remote. The room was clean bed was comfortable and you absolutely cannot beat the view! Front desk agent was kind and professional checking in and same one when I left. Would stay again.

Slight improvements could make the difference.

The hotel is nicely renovated and the rooms were clean. I asked for fresh towels but never received them. My mother stayed in another room and her towels were never replaced either. The check in process could be faster. My son wanted to grab snacks from the hotel lobby and it took so long for the lady to check in one guy that we put everything back and went to the bar for drinks. The breakfast was also better than most hotels.
