We’ve stayed here many times and really like the hotel. However during this visit, the clock was broken and non of the power outlets worked under the tv. We were in room 910 if management wants to resolve these problems. We still enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again in the future.

The staff was very accommodating to our needs. The location was excellent for walking to shop or eat. Right on the beach! And the restaurant served delicious food!

The staff is great from the front desk to the waitresses . They have one of the best breakfasts for a hotel. Location is excellent. We also enjoyed dinner here several nights. This was our second time here and we'll be coming back next year. The pillows are the best.

I highly recommend booking through Expedia and not through the front desk! I wanted to extend another day and they lied to me multiple times about the prices at the front desk. Wish I just would’ve rebooked through Expedia. Lesson learned though!

Great hotel with awesome view

It was great! Right on the water. Nice balcony and view. Restaurant was nice to have a snack and or drink. Staff was very nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend! My only complaint would be the pot smoke that filled our hallway! This is a completely non smoking hotel, but it didn’t slow somebody down! It was awful!

Enjoyed every moment. From checking in, the room was clean, roomy, all employees that I encountered were helpful. Breakfast was great. Great location, I was able to park my car on Friday and did not need it until check out. I have not stayed at a Holiday Inn in years!! But this hotel (21st St), will see me again

My car was valet and when I needed to leave valet was not available to give me my car. The staff had to call another guest and ask them to walk to a secondary lot early in the morning to move their car (also valet). If valet is not 24hrs or at minimum available at prime hrs, you should not load cars in blocking others. My daughter was late to her competition due to the hotels lack of organization and urgency! Terrible.

The desk staff was amazing. The room was clean and we loved the new bathroom items, but the pool area had food & other garbage around it. Overall, a good stay. Super convenient to many eateries plus we got to check in early!
