The music in the lobby is too loud. I was in room 111 right by the lobby. I'm a light sleeper and I can faintly hear the music in my room at night. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

They charged my card for $120 after the room was paid in full way before I went. This morning I was charged again. The staff has an attitude and they were extremely rude! I called the manager that was on duty and the front staff, and no one seemed to have a reason why my card was charged again!
