Nice Place to Unwind

We stayed at this Fairfield Oceanside as part of our migration back to NJ from Miami Beach. The staff are lovely, and it was as clean as I would expect for a hotel adjacent to a sandy beach. Surfaces were very clean, the hotel just needs a little sprucing up. Our room was tidy and the bed was comfortable. And, an attached -and free - parking garage. We would stay there again.

Had to ask for fix to toilet. Handled very quickly. Only complains hvac. It is so loud that it was very difficult to sleep. Noise goes up and die , not even white noise.

Good overall

Convenient location, overlooking the beach from our window. Close to restaurants and shops. Requested for body wash in the bathroom since it ran out and came promptly. I wish breakfast did not end too early and had vending machine for water available even after breakfast or better yet, all day. Ran out of oatmeal on our second day although it was New Year's day. Staff were nice. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Stunning view of sunrise from balcony. Free easy safe parking on site. Easy access to the beach and boardwalk. Free breakfast was standard with what you would generally expect. Room was clean. The AC unit could do an upgrade and could have hard/firm pillows but can’t complain. Overall, happy with the stay and would choose this again.

Everything was great the only problem was when we entered our room it had a bad smell like someone had used the restroom right before we checked in the bathroom had an ungodly stench
