Right outside the rooms there is a massive beach restoration project taking place. The trucks and digging equipment and back up equipment beeps got started at 10pm and didn’t stop all.night.long. You should inform guests about this current situation to set expectations accordingly or offer discounts/money back. We were in town for an important athletic and sleep was paramount. It felt like complete false advertising not to share this current status w customers at booking. So disappointing and the front desk wasn’t the least bit helpful or even empathetic to the night time situation.

We loved outlet off season stay! The hotel is under a huge renovation and that accounts for some missing stars. Staff was so kind, helpful, and willing to support us when needed They gave us a huge list of recommended restaurants when we first checked in and it was so helpful our trip! They have fresh warm cookies in the lobby from 4-7 each day. & have board games to check out at the lobby desk and we loved playing them as a family! Our renovated room on the 4th floor was great! The view was spectacular and each day we were bought towels and trash was taken out. We would recommend this hotel to both families and couples. It was very nice!

Overall property was good. It was under renovation so taking that in account. However the shower looked great but did leak out the shower door I had to put a towel there to keep it from running out into the entrance way. My only other is the main doors into the room I wish were sealed tighter to keep noise down. Otherwise a nice stay.

Once the renovations are complete it’ll be more appealing. The AC unit was loud. The parking garage is steep and the height is low so only up to small trucks can fit. The beds we’re comfortable and the pool was nice. The hot breakfast was good. Close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Great ocean view :-)

I booked my daughter and my three grandchildren there for a stay. We had a death in the family. However, we were never told they were renovating. Also at 10 PM my daughter had to move rooms with her three small children because of someone with loud noise next-door. They should’ve had the people with the loud noise, move not my daughter.

We arrived an hour and a half before check in. When asked if we could check in early, we were told no because our room wasnt ready (which was fine). When we finally checked in and got in the room, i was confused on what they meant when it wasnt ready, cause it sure didnt even seem ready when we got in there. Floors were dirty, dressers and tables had dibri on them, bathtub was dirty, the balconly door was left open (it was cold). Tried to turn the heat on, heat didnt work. Beds were highly uncomfortable, comforter was dirty, and there was dirt or crumbs in one of the beds. Definitely not worth the money! Not to mention they are doing construction so the property itself wasnt the cleanest, and you can hear anything and everything through the walls!
