Many of these reviews were misleading.. while the overall resort appears to be clean, the rooms are simply not. There was hair all over our bathroom floor and the beds weren’t clean. We had to call to ask them to stock the mini-fridge, and preparing the room with towels was null and void. I called several times to be stocked with towels and tissue but received nothing. I literally had to call several times. Ultimately, we had to use Kleenex to use the restroom 😭. By the next morning when we still hadn’t received the tissue or the towels I called back. This time they gave me grief about it and still didn’t bring what I needed til about an hour later.. Overall, there is no attentiveness from the workers. The liquor is basic as expected. Surprisingly, the food wasn’t horrible. 7/10. The breakfast was 5/10. Please venture off the resort; there are many cool places within walking distance and the food outside the resort is bomb! RIU resort, 6/10 for me.

The whole hotel was amazing. The only thing I will have a complain about are the bedsheets and pillow cases of my room. There were some stains and black marks on them. I just had to cover it up because I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it. I thought it was going to be gone after they cleaned my room, but unfortunately they switched it with sheets and pillow cases with some stains as well. That’s the only thing.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Property was clean and well maintained. Room was spacious and the view was great. The only downside was there was a lot of construction going on in the area

We went here for our honeymoon; upon check in they were going to put us in a room with 2 beds, even though I requested a king bed. They did find a room with a king size bed, which overlooked a construction site. The air conditioning was not working. I called the front desk and a guy came up, put his hand on the vent , said its working and left. I had to call again the next day and finally a maintence man had to clean out the air filter. We were told we would get a bottle of champagne for our honeymoon, however did not receive one. Our room cards deactivated 6 times! No one offered any apologies for the inconvience. The drinks were terrible, watered down. The family side had better liquor then the adult side. You have to wake up at 6am to put a towel on a chair on the beach otherwise, there are none available by 7am. The signs say you cannot reserve them, but everyone does. Same with the pool. The room service menu is terrible and they do not let you leave the dining rooms with food. We were very disappointed that we chose this resort for our honeymoon.

I have an egg allergy there were very limited desert/bread options. Pannacota's were labeled incorrectly stating no eggs but in fact when questioning the chef he admitted eggs were included in the assembly of the desert but took no action to correct the labeling.

The spa was nice. Shoutout to Paola. The cleaning crew could do much better. Dinner dining options are limited to two restaurants in which one you have to stand in line for a hour before they open because they only do a certain amount of people sitting for one night. Resort is easily accessible to other options tho.
