We stood in a suite that had multiple bedrooms. I only wish that the kitchen had hot water to wash the dishes and also better utensils to make food with available.

April 7-12, 2025 | This is a must-stay location! The staff was super friendly, helpful, professional, and punctual. Shout out to Gabriela, Leyonardo, Nathalia, Nelsi, Pete, Santos, and Valentina! They provided top-tier service promptly for anything we needed! The area is a 5-minute walk to the beach, and they have a shuttle at the top of every hour to take there and back. Our room was spacious and very, very clean. We had a little kitchenette, a large living room, a large bathroom, a patio, and a master bedroom with a California King bed. The pools and jacuzzis were incredible, and the adults-only infinity pool on the rooftop was as fantastic and romantic as the sunset. Truly a gem in Aruba, and we loved every second of being there when we weren't on our excursions!

Great spot if you don’t mind a three minute walk to the beach. Honestly, some of these resorts are so big. You could stay at a beachfront resort and have the same walk as the Radisson. Room was huge as well as the balcony would much prefer to walk and have these awesome rooms.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to the main strip of restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. I was not a fan of the 6:00am lineup at the beach for an umbrella and loungers. The staff does not arrive until 8:00am. There should definitely be a more convenient way for the guests to secure these. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, but the bathrooms definitely need some updating. The beds were very comfortable. All in all we enjoyed our stay here.

Amenities is good, gym need a bit updating. I love the convenience of everything being so close to the hotel, the best part is the beach being within walking distance. This will be my 4th time staying. Dining customer experience could be better, wait at times are too long and employees don’t always move with urgency, even when you share your concerns. Nonetheless, it’s the only place I stay when visiting my country of birth.

Great value for the price

Overall a great place to stay to save a little money. Its location, which is a 5 minute walk from the beach, is why the price is less than comparable properties on the beach. The units are new and designed to be apartments so they are all suites. I originally booked an ocean view suite for 7 nights. A couple of months before my trip I changed it to 5 nights and didn't notice the room type got changed on me and I ended up with a ‘partial view.’ I tried to change it but it was past the change/cancellation date when I noticed. The ‘partial’ view meant an end unit facing the street. The hotel staff closed off the bedroom that might have had a partial view of the ocean with tape that said ‘additional charge incurred if tape is broken’ so I was stuck with the room facing the street. The traffic outside was really loud on weekend nights and early in the morning. The AM traffic noise helped me get up early to score a free beach chair and umbrella most days. There are about 40 chairs and 15 umbrellas for Radisson guests. The first morning I was there they were gone by 9am so I paid to rent a chair from the guys at Moomba Beach. Friday AM the free chairs lasted until around 9:15 and Saturday past 11am. Ramon, who works the beach, is great. The walk to the beach is truly only 5 minutes but if you feel ill, which happened to me when I got minor heat stroke the first day, it feels longer in hot Arubian sun. I’ll probably pay more to be directly on the beach next trip.
