Honestly, there are so many other great properties to stay at that are newer and nicer. They were doing construction building a new wing of the hotel. All day the noise coming from the construction area was not what i wanted to hear when I am on vacation and trying to relax. The road in front of the hotel is under construction as well. I know they cannot do anything about that but charging full price for the room with that much construction going on is not a way to show the customers you appreciate them staying with you even though they are under construction.

My wife Ishwary and I came to Aruba on September 4th and returned yesterday back to the USA. During our stay we stayed at the Hilton, and I must tell you that our stay was made extremely comfortable, happy and memorable by the way your wonderful staff treated us. It was not that they were trying to be nice, but it became very natural for every one of them to treat the guests to the hotel with utmost respect. I cannot single out any person because it appeared to be a collective effort by everyone involved …. TEAMWORK seems to be working perfectly well here. The property was beautiful, and the staff was great. Audry works in the restaurant on the property I believe the name of it is called Laguna's she's amazing she make you feel welcome and if you have any issues you always tries to accommodate you recommend do you stay at the hotel use time is it over it's always a pleasure when I visit there.
